When you arrive at our office:

  • Please wear a mask from home. • Please use the hand sanitization station and sanitize your hands thoroughly upon arrival. • Only patients with appointments will be able to enter the clinic, please call ahead. • Your appointment time is now your EXACT time to check in. Please wait in the car until you are scheduled to arrive. Please come alone unless you need assistance. • Only bring what is necessary to your appointment and leave extra belongings in the car or at home. • No food or drink. • There will be a screening process to complete prior to your appointment and upon arrival into the office along with a temperature check with a touchless thermometer. • Patients will be asked to distance 6 feet from each other as consistently as possible. • Our staff will be wearing Personal Protective Equipment (PPE). • Please use the bathroom before you arrive for your appointment. • All rooms will be carefully sanitized between each patient visit. • If you wish to purchase products in office, please call in advance for our staff to have it ready for pick up. • Payments credit or debit only.
